Alcohol and food

Due to state and local laws, you cannot have alcohol on board the Alpine Pedaler. Water will be provided to riders during the warmer months and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks may be brought along.  Alpine Pedaler has many affordable drink specials with our partners that the riders can take advantage of with their VIP bracelet.

Passenger Release of Liability

 All riders must read and sign the Alpine Pedaler Release of Liability Waiver.

Inappropriate Behavior

Alpine Pedaler strives to be a fun and entertaining niche in our community of Flagstaff. Therefore any behavior deemed as dangerous, offensive, or illegal can result in termination of the ride and charge of $50. This includes but is not limited to:

• Extreme Intoxication
• Foul language
• Excessive noise
• Bringing alcohol on board
• Getting on or off while moving
• Littering / Throwing objects
• Public urination
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate by your driver

Pub Crawl  Reservations (individual seats)

• Seat reservations are booked on the website
• Reservations need to be made at least 3 hrs prior to the start of the tour
• No Refunds on cancellations, however seats are transferable if you find someone to take your place. Email or call to let us know who is riding
• Riders must show up 30min BEFORE start of pub crawl
• If Alpine Pedaler cancels a tour either before it begins or within the first hour, rain checks will be given
• NO SHOW will be charged an additional $25!
  

Private Tour Reservations

• Must be booked minimum 3 days in advance or call for last minute availability
• Cost is $300 (Sun-Th through March)  $325 (Fri-Sat)  for 2 hours.  Each additional hour is charged at $175
• $200 deposit due to reserve
• Alpine Pedaler will charge the remaining balance to your credit card 48 hours prior to the start of your tour.
• Riders must show up 30min BEFORE start of tour. If less than 14 seats are sold, Alpine Pedaler has the right to sell the rest of the seats up to 14 as we like all tours to be filled.
• Alpine Pedaler can be decorated by you in advance to suit your needs
• Cancellations will result in forfeit of the entire deposit unless tour is re-booked, must give more than 48 hrs notice. Changes made less than 48 hours will incur a $50 administrative and driver charge

Late Return

Late Returns are charged at the base rate per hour plus an additional $50 surcharge. 

Abandonment FEE

The Alpine Pedaler is powered by the riders and we need everyone that starts the tour to end the tour.  If you fail to return to Mother Road Brewery, you will be charged to a $50 abandonment fee.
